Saamag started its first real estate venture in Ahmedabad when it teamed up with a local developer to set up a housing project. In span of 2 years, it delivered 3 residential and 2 commercial project. In 2005 Saamag entered NCR market and was among the first 5 developers to receive License for developing Integrated ResidentialTownship in Ghaziabad.
What begin with a 25 acre township was soon ramped up to a 90 acre state of the art residential Township. Soon it joined hand with SARE (South Asian Real Estate – an FDI firm) for its Ghaziabad project – the first FDI funded township in Ghaziabad.
Today in Ghaziabad, it has delivered more than 700 apartments covering a total built up area of 700,000 sq ft. Two hundred (200) families are already living happily and enjoying the lush green township with all amenities.
700 units are under construction. Township would have aproximatly 5000 apartments by the time township is delivered.
Meerut - Saamag is also developing another Residential Integrated Township on NH 58, Meerut Bypass. Spread in area of 35 acres, the township would have more than 400 apartments, 300 villas, and 400 residential plots – to create a mixed use development to house more than 1000 residents.
Saamag has land bank of over 100 acres in book where it would be developing more residential projects in the near future.
